Upload Your Art for Custom Mug Printing. This is where your masterpiece enters the Kingdom. Please upload the image you want printed on your Premium 15 ounce mug. Submission requirements: Maximum printable area: 3.25” wide × 3.5” tall. All artwork will be rescaled to properly fit the mug face. Images must be 300 DPI for clean reproduction. All files will be converted to CMYK for dye sublimation printing. Screen colors are approximate and not guaranteed to match the finished mug. Royal Quality Judgment: King of Porcelain (KOP) will examine all submitted artwork and apply professional discretion to ensure it prints as cleanly and attractively as possible. We will make every reasonable effort to improve placement, balance, and overall appearance. The Reality Clause: Custom mugs are made to order and cannot be refunded because you simply decided you don’t like how it turned out. Once your art is submitted, the royal presses roll.
